C P World’s Group’s management has been working hard since the incorporation in 2005 to maintain the company’s Vision and Objectives and has been very successful doing so. A vision to create a business model with exceptional customer service and competitiveness, driven primarily by customer requirement has never changed…

The requirements however have… and being a neutral NVOCC provider to the business, the technical requirements have been put in place and the commercial power has been added to the team.

Creating new business potential and retaining existing business is a people’s business.

In this respect, new experienced team members have been brought in to strengthen the managerial and commercial set up of the C P World Group.

a brand new web-based Freight Management System is supporting the C P World Group’s operations and can be APP operated where needed and necessary.

With a focus on commercial development in all branches and supporting IT capabilities to call on the changed requirements in the market, C P World Group is ready for the next decade… and for the ever growing demands and expectations of our customers!

Our Business Process

Four components in which C P World Group interact and focus on the key responsibilities are based on the followings:

Operations

Strict standard operating procedures to deliver first class presentation of consignments to customers through avenues such as pre alerts, arrival notification, correct invoicing, speedy cargo availability and most importantly, customer care at the point of entry to the local C P World. This is aided and made possible by the oganisation web-based Freight Management System. Another investment as proof of the management long-term commitment to the industry.

Sales

A rigid and totally focused "customer call cycle" plan are implemented to ensure maximum coverage of the total forwarders/customs brokers in each country. Not only will C P World offices be sales driven, alliance partners will also be accountable for growth under a global target plan.

Support

C P W Group will draw its breath from sustained growth and profitability. The support of overseas offices and management is vital to our success. Vendors of C P World will also be encouraged to support our business plans and involved in its implementation and measurement processes.

Finance

We at C P World know that Creditors' confidence and support is critical to our growth. Here, we will meet with all Creditors' expectations.

From a humble beginning in 2005, Mr Ken Chiang and Mr Makarand Pradhan took their first step into Dubai with their joint investment. Coupled with their extensive international nvocc background, they left the security of their home base and ventured into Dubai as a CFS warehouse provider. They never look back.

C P World Group will not be afraid to recognize the present difficult global business environment but we will be driven to meet and exceed the expectations of customers and partners.

Our commitment and goals will be focused on being the “best” wholesale NVOCC in the trade lanes we participate in.
